About The Position
The Warehouse Attendant performs warehouse functions involving the safe receiving, picking, pulling, and loading of materials. The role handles merchandise and supplies, verifies deliveries against orders, prepares delivery paperwork when applicable, and loads, unloads, and distributes products. The attendant also collects empty containers and unsold merchandise, monitors product usage to help control inventory turns, and ensures perishable food and beverages are properly handled and refrigerated. The work must be performed in accordance with company safety standards, along with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required based on the vehicle to be used and applicable state or federal requirements.

- Forklift and power jack experience.
Responsibilities
- Withdraw merchandise and supplies from the warehouse.
- Verify loads against products ordered and prepare delivery tickets or shipping papers when applicable.
- Load products and supplies; unload trucks and distribute delivered items as instructed.
- Obtain and approve receipts or delivery slips.
- Collect empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to the warehouse or disposal.
- Monitor product usage and make adjustments to control inventory turns.
- Ensure proper handling of perishable products and maintain refrigeration of food and beverages.
- Perform the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
