About The Position

Nazareth Home is seeking a Food Service Aide to join its Dietary team at the Highlands campus in Louisville, Kentucky. This full-time, in-person position is scheduled from 12:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The pay rate is $15 per hour, with a $3 weekend shift differential. The Food Service Aide provides food service to residents, guests, and employees and assists with dietary functions.

Requirements

• Reliably commute to Louisville, KY 40205, or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

Nice To Haves

• One year of food service experience (preferred).
• One year of dietary aide experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to residents, guests, and employees.
• Assist with dietary functions.
• Wash dishes.
• Maintain and stock kitchenettes on units.
• Take and record temperatures.
• Serve meals according to residents’ diet plans.
• Bus the dining room in a timely manner.
• Perform daily sanitation tasks.
• Collect dirty linens and trash and dispose of them properly.
