About The Position

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Aide (FSA) / Dietary Aide to join their team at their Chester, NJ location. This role involves performing a variety of patient food services, dining room services, and dish room services. The FSA will be an integral part of food preparations, serving food to patients, families, staff, and visitors, and assisting in clean up. The position requires providing quality work, demonstrating knowledge of the job, good decision-making, and being timely and efficient in food preparation and service. The FSA must complete all scheduled procedures during the shift without compromising work quality, volunteer to help in other kitchen areas when necessary, and demonstrate reliability and dependability. Operating equipment and performing related duties in a safe manner is also essential.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous healthcare food service experience

Responsibilities
