About The Position

As a Food Server at Hilton Cleveland, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences and bringing the light and warmth of hospitality to every interaction. You learn the menu, promotions, and specials so you can confidently answer guest questions; take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system; deliver completed orders promptly; and keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized. You also follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
