We're looking for friendly, energetic Food Servers to join our fast-paced sports bar, Coasters, located inside our exciting casino. You'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences while working alongside an enthusiastic team.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or food server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with a positive, guest-first attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining quality service standards.
Learn and confidently explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
Verify guest identification for alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol service practices.
Maintain clean, organized dining areas before, during, and after service.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to create a seamless guest experience.
Support a fun, entertaining atmosphere for guests and fellow team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
