About The Position

Food Runners are Guest Service Support Experts who help food and beverage operations run smoothly and contribute to a memorable guest experience. The role may include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Employees are expected to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniforms, personal appearance, and communications. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

The work involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Employees manage menus by reading and visually verifying information and perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
