The Food Runner will assist Servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment, as well as stocking all wares and equipment needed for service. The Food Runner ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department and maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. This position also ensures communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties may be assigned.
