About The Position

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each food runners primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Requirements

• Friendly and responsive service.
• Ability to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to maintain clean service areas.
• Ability to coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff.
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to meet special guest requests.
• Ability to perform side work.
• Ability to clear and reset tables.
• Ability to thank guests and invite them to return.
• Availability to fill in as needed.
• Ability to place dirty dishes and utensils in proper order in bus carts.
• Ability to maintain clean supplies in cart.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean service areas, including every area a customer can be served, such as the dining area and theatres.
• Coordinate food orders with the kitchen and server staff to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
• Meet special guest requests while ensuring the same high-quality standards.
• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and attended to.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor.
• Place dirty dishes and utensils in proper order in bus carts and maintain clean supplies in cart.
