About The Position

Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking Food Runners who provide first-class service and hospitality to Guests. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with variable, non-guaranteed weekly hours. Weekend availability is required. The position pays $16.90 per hour and reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

High school education is required.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours.
Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality or another degree is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or customer service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Run food and beverages to the correct tables as they appear in the window; check items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff about incorrect or missing items in an order.
Know the ingredients and components of Pacific Catch food and beverage items, and inform Guests or direct them to additional information when needed.
Ensure necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean for Guests.
During downtime, proactively assist other team members or help as requested by the manager.
Keep to-go roll-ups and the server station stocked.
Handle restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses carefully to minimize breakage.
