About The Position

As a Food Runner with Marcus Theatres, you will support the Service Team in providing an excellent guest dining experience at a food and beverage location. You will relay information between management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers, and assist servers with tasks needed to maintain a high-quality customer experience during busy periods. The role is identified as part-time in the title and seasonal in the description.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up garnishes for dishes, assemble trays, and stock bread.
• Polish silverware.
• Set up and break down the station at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assist with special guest requests to support guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to support guest satisfaction.
• Serve food to tables when needed.
• Assist with bussing when needed.
• Remove dirty dishes from kitchen and server areas.
• Maintain plate-presentation standards.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
