About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Food Runners support Servers to help Guests have an amazing experience. The role involves assisting with refills, pre-bussing and turning tables, and keeping dining areas spotlessly clean. Food Runners also help greet Guests and take drink orders, deliver food and beverages promptly while anticipating Guest needs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Opening, mid-day, or closing duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but is not required.
• Comply with company uniform standards.
• Be ready to create a memorable Guest experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, subject to business needs.
