About The Position
As a Food & Beverage Runner at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will help provide Owners and guests with memorable experiences in a supportive and welcoming work environment. The role involves delivering food orders, attending to guest needs, replenishing dining supplies, and helping maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation. The position requires availability for various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. The hourly rate is $18.20.
Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- May be required to complete background and drug screening, subject to company policy and applicable legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver completed food orders to guest tables and/or the bar.
- Verify guest satisfaction and ask whether guests have additional needs.
- Collect unneeded service ware from guest tables.
- Address guest needs.
- Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and other guest or dining room supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs, and address them.
- Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
