About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is hiring an on-call Noe Food Runner to assist the Food Server with delivering food from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests. The position reports to the Noe General Manager and supports timely, accurate, and attentive service in a luxury resort environment. The Food Runner also helps prepare and maintain dining areas, service supplies, buffets, and food stations. Candidates should bring a passion for service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in a similar role in a luxury environment.

Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written English.
At least one year of previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
Experience with communication and computer skills.
Service passion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards.
Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns and requests.
Stock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
Assist with preparing smaller items such as toast, soup, and beverages.
Assist with breaking down, cleaning, and setting up buffets and food stations.
