About The Position

Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role focuses on providing customized, hospitable service, connecting with Guests, and ensuring their needs are met. Food Runners help keep tables clear and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
