About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who believes great food should be paired with great hospitality and uses a fun personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their career quickly into a server role. The position is offered with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
