Food Runner - Effingham Chili's
About The Position
As a Food Runner, you create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing a passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who believes great food should be paired with great hospitality and uses their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position involves providing hospitable, customized service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; helping ensure Guests' needs are met; keeping tables clear of dirty dishes; and working with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
