About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing a warm welcome and hospitality consistent with Chili’s service. The role focuses on welcoming Guests, managing the wait list, directing telephone calls, communicating concerns to management, supporting fellow Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with a readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
