About The Position

Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Food Runner/Busser. We are looking for highly energetic and passionate individuals to run food & beverage at our pool complex and dining room. This is the perfect position for someone looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced, casual environment. Schedule is flexible and pay is highly competitive. Average hourly wage is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour with base rate & tips. Various shifts available including weekends.

Requirements

Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Greet and acknowledge members and guests.
Learn member's names and their special preferences.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
Honest and dependable.
Must be able to work outside and tolerate various weather conditions, including humidity & heat.
Ability to commute/relocate: Hilton Head Island, SC 29928: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests.
Buffet set up and upkeep.
Assist with a variety of tasks.
Expedite and run food during a la carte service hours.
Assist with set up of rooms and functions for club and private events (requires moving furniture and have ability to be able to lift 50+ lbs).
Organize storage areas.
Complete other duties as assigned.
