About The Position

KFC is hiring a Food Production team member to help provide fast, fun, and friendly service. The role includes customer interaction, preparing products, maintaining product quality, monitoring service equipment, and keeping the work environment clean and safe. Team members may also unload and stock supplies, maintain required inventory levels, and support recognition and motivation efforts. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Access to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete training certification.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as a team player.

• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
• Prepare products and maintain product quality.
• Monitor service equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Unload and stock supplies and maintain required inventory levels.
• Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
• Operate a cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
