About The Position
Verde is hiring a Food Production Team Member for its Catering & Food Production Team at the Park Circle location. The role supports preparation, organization, and delivery of large catering orders throughout the Charleston area, including office lunches and special events. The team member works closely with the Catering Manager to prepare orders accurately, package them properly, and ensure timely delivery. The position involves an active, fast-paced food production environment and requires weekday morning availability. Verde is willing to train the right person; food service, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus.

- Able to stay on their feet and be active throughout the shift.
- Available Monday–Friday mornings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation.
- Prepare salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders.
- Organize and package multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery.
- Provide excellent service and professionalism to catering clients.
- Load, transport, and deliver catering orders throughout the Charleston area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
- Help the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events.
