Production Team Member - Food Manufacturing
About The Position
Fresh Mark is hiring full-time Production Team Members for its food manufacturing team in Massillon, Ohio. Team members support production in a fast-paced, refrigerated manufacturing environment, preparing, packaging, inspecting, and handling food products while following food safety, quality, safety, and security procedures. The role involves keeping the work area clean and organized and collaborating with coworkers to meet production goals. Schedules run Monday through Saturday, with available shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Shift assignment depends on business needs and position availability and is discussed during the interview. Starting pay is $15.00 to $20.80 per hour, based on position and experience. Employees may bid into higher-paying positions after 90 days. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Requirements
- Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
