About The Position
Scream Truck is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to prepare and package Scream Squares while maintaining high standards for food safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 8-10 hour shift
- Ability to reach, stretch, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable handling frozen products and working in cold conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous food preparation or production experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Dispense ice cream into molds
- Remove frozen product from molds
- Package and organize finished Scream Squares
- Follow production schedules and established procedures
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor product quality and consistency
