The campus provides active Seniors a variety of programs and amenities, as well as a full continuum of on-site healthcare services.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years work history in hospitality which demonstrates strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Independent self-starter who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding client who can multi-task while managing 20+ associates.
  • Strong background in food safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Passion for a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create a positive environment while managing a team of associates.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of food service operations.
  • Ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan.
  • Establish a safe work environment.
  • Utilize Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships to ensure account retention.
