About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager to join our food service team at Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Neshaminy Manor is a 360-bed sub-acute/skilled care facility providing short-term and long-term care in the heart of scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a resident-focused professional with experience in both front and back of house dining operations. The typical shift is 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with potential for one weekend a month coverage. Requirements

Two or more years of food service management experience in a healthcare environment
Strong culinary background with knowledge of special diets
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
Passion for our residents and customers to ensure our Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

Oversee food production and timeliness of service
Ensure food quality and temperatures
Handle ordering and inventory
Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
Perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development
