Requirements

At least 2 years work history in hospitality which demonstrates strong leadership skills
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to work collaboratively
Independent self-starter who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding client
Ability to multi-task while managing 20+ associates
Eye for details and a strong background in food safety and sanitation compliance
Passion for a high level of customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrate professional communication skills
Ability to create a positive environment while managing a team of associates
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years management experience
1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations of food service operations
Ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources
Ensure operating standards and regulatory requirements are met
Develop and implement plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan
Establish a safe work environment
Utilize Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships to ensure account retention
