About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for the University of Colorado Denver in Denver, Colorado. This Food Operations manager will oversee retail, resident dining and catering business on campus. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements
- Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Can manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience (This does not apply to external candidates)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years minimum management experience
- 3 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
