About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager 3 - Concessions for Oklahoma State University - located in Stillwater, OK. Students from across the U.S. and more than 100 countries converge on this campus creating a vibrant and inclusive culture. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 20:1, we will help you prepare for the future by providing the academic support you need. Our successful Operations Manager - Concessions will have previous stadium/arena concessions management experience. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements
- Previous stadium/arena concessions management experience
- Strong employee engagement leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Can manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience (This does not apply to external candidates)
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum management experience
- 2 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
