About The Position

Responsible for taking customers' orders, serving food, and accepting payment at the end of the meal. The role requires familiarity with the restaurant's menu and providing service appropriate to the establishment. The position ensures high-quality food and beverage service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of previous cashiering or money-handling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to understand and comply with Company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions.
• Full working knowledge of POS systems.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified.
• Must be able to become TIPS or RAMP certified and be knowledgeable of and adhere to PLCB regulations and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete customer satisfaction with the highest level of service.
• Greet guests and take their orders.
• Ensure orders are properly fulfilled and deliver food and drinks to tables.
• Address issues that arise during guests’ dining experience.
• Take customer payments and follow food and beverage standard operating procedures for cash handling and the variance policy.
• Maintain knowledge of food and drink recipes pertaining to the restaurant.
• Uphold state, federal, and corporate regulations pertaining to alcohol service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Work on their feet for the entire shift.
