About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all F&B outlets including the restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining. This role requires coordination with various hotel departments to meet overall hotel goals. The manager will be responsible for managing departmental budgets, controlling labor costs, monitoring revenues, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Additionally, the role involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations. Vendor relations, inventory management, and ensuring the quality and safety of food and beverage products are key aspects. The manager must maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and service, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and developing promotional strategies to drive sales and increase visibility of F&B offerings are also crucial responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred; associate degree with substantial experience acceptable
  • 4–7 years in F&B management, with experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant setting
  • ServSafe Food Manager, TIPS/TABC, OSHA 10, and relevant hospitality certifications preferred
