• Have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail, with a commitment to excellence
• Are physically able to lift, push, pull, and move items as part of your daily tasks

• Understand the importance of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism
• Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure all housekeeping carts are stocked and ready for the morning
• Support housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies on the floors and assisting Room Attendants
• Maintain floors and surfaces with specialized equipment and care
• Deliver prompt, professional responses to guest and team member requests
• Observe and report maintenance or safety concerns, always with guest well-being in mind
• Act as a steward of our brand’s refined aesthetic and hospitality standard
