About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. The manager oversees daily department operations, develops strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, leads and supervises staff, coordinates procurement, monitors inventory and costs, responds to customer feedback, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with marketing and events teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and special events.
