About The Position
Seeking an experienced F&B professional with strong banquet and restaurant background to lead our banquet operations and support daily food & beverage service. You'll oversee events from planning to execution, lead the team, control costs, and reliably open/close and secure the facility. Evenings, weekends, and flexibility required.

- Proven banquet/catering and F&B management experience
- Key-holder responsibility
- Restaurant closing duties experience
- Resume detailing banquet + F&B leadership and key-holder/closing experience
