About The Position

Midtown is seeking a friendly, driven Food & Beverage Associate to help deliver a high-quality restaurant experience. This team member serves and assists customers by taking, servicing, and delivering orders; recommending food and drink options; and maintaining a safe, sanitary workspace. The role involves collaboration across the food and beverage team and offers an opportunity to learn about other areas of the business, including fitness, racquet sports, and spa. The team may also support member events. This description outlines general requirements and is not a complete list of duties; other duties may be assigned as needed for department operations. • Handle money and payment information with integrity and proficiency.
• Build relationships with members and staff through social interaction and conversation.
• Suggest food and drink options to customers.
• Help support member events involving the food and beverage department.
• Anticipate potential problems and take preventative measures for members.
