About The Position

The Food and Nutrition Supervisor supervises and coordinates daily food service operations throughout FANS. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate meal service for Patient Services and the Cafeteria, as well as compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, conducting employee performance evaluations, and directly supervising employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two to three years of experience in food services or hospitality required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills desired.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification recommended or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
