About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports daily operations of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s food and beverage outlets, leading operations at the Starbucks outlet and supporting additional outlets as business needs require. The role helps deliver memorable guest experiences by maintaining guest-service standards and product quality, guiding team members, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements. It also includes administrative work such as inventory, ordering, and department communication.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food-service leadership experience as a Supervisor, Lead, or Manager.
• Open availability and flexibility to work within a 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM operating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in daily food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring guest-service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage sales and maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
• Lead daily operations at the Starbucks outlet and support additional outlets as business needs require.
• Complete administrative duties, including inventory, ordering, and department communication.
