About The Position

Provide consistently excellent food and beverage service to Club members and guests, working effectively under pressure with coworkers and other departments to maintain high-quality service. Create a warm, friendly environment that supports a world-class dining experience. The position is hourly and paid at a flat rate. Requirements

• At least one year of food service experience.
• Excellent people skills and ability to multitask.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding and engaging dining experience for members and guests.
• Know menu offerings, including specials, and provide prompt attention to members and guests.
• Maintain a friendly, available, and exceptional service presence.
• Use the point-of-sale system and follow standard operating procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of charges.
• Keep tables, dining room, and wait station areas clean and neat.
• Inform a supervisor or manager of complaints as soon as they occur.
• Perform cleanup and closing duties as assigned.
• Attend pre-shift lineups, menu tastings, and other meetings prescribed by management.
• Follow local and state laws and Club policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Set up wait stations and perform assigned preparation work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support the Club's mission of providing members and guests with a warm and friendly environment through commitment, dedication, and personal service.
