Restaurant Managers are visionary leaders responsible for restaurant operations, maintaining operational goals, promoting teamwork amongst staff, and elevating service quality and safety to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors or Culinary degree preferred
  • ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required
  • 7+ years of restaurant experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a shift, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English; bilingual preferred
  • RAMP Certified

Responsibilities

  • Direct and support FOH and BOH operations, stepping in as needed to maintain smooth service.
  • Ensure dining areas, restrooms, and FOH spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold standards for food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and sanitary regulations.
  • Manage hiring, scheduling, reservations, purchasing, inventory, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and monitor budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote dining locations and enhance brand visibility.
  • Set clear goals for staff and assistant managers, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Review performance and behavior, offering recognition or corrective action, including termination when necessary.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and service excellence.
  • Promote company core values and leadership competencies in all interactions.
  • Administer fair and consistent corrective actions for policy violations.
  • Participate in leadership forums to share feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support staff with resources, training, and open communication channels.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
