Food and Beverage Host
About The Position
The Food and Beverage Host joins the Food & Beverage Team at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan to help deliver a fun, welcoming experience for guests. The role involves engaging with guests, helping manage lines, keeping public areas clean and stocked, and completing opening and closing responsibilities. Team members are expected to bring positive energy and demonstrate the Merlin Values in guest interactions. Availability is required for three full days each week, including one full weekend day. The position may require working days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Pay is USD $13.73 per hour.
Requirements
- Bring positive energy, enjoy interacting with people, and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
- Be friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments.
- Be available for three full days each week, including one full weekend day.
- Be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Be reliable and enthusiastic.
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
