Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least one year of guest-facing customer service experience.
Have flexible, open availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, accountability, urgency, and discipline.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make each guest’s experience special.
Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
Manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates or cards.
Address guest issues promptly and involve a supervisor when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
