Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
• Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Organize and manage bookings for department managers
• Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
