About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain attractive floral displays and support store operations at assigned locations. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while coordinating with local teams, and uses a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities. The company provides a planned route and tools for store visits. The role includes preparing stores for seasonal demand around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, as well as setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when needed. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pay is $43 per service. Availability during the peak season from November to May is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays clean, immaculate, and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak festive dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
