About The Position

As a Floral team member at Broulim’s, you will manage the floral department and serve customers seeking flowers, plants, and related products. You will order flowers and supplies, maintain inventory, create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, and work with the store management team to meet sales targets and deliver strong customer service. The role involves keeping the department clean, organized, and stocked; properly storing and handling floral products; monitoring sales trends and customer feedback; and coordinating with other departments to promote products and support store sales. You will also handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders, follow safety and regulatory guidelines, and perform routine floral maintenance such as watering plants, trimming flowers, and cleaning equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
Understanding of floral industry trends, seasonal availability, and pricing factors.
Familiarity with color theory, proportion, and balance in floral arrangements.
Creativity and artistic ability to design attractive floral arrangements.
Strong customer service skills.
Attention to detail and precision.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
