About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for celebrations, romance, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements, along with creativity and attention to detail.

You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and help customers identify and realize their floral needs. The work also involves lifting and moving floral products and supplies, often up to 40 pounds, standing and moving throughout the day, and using floral tools and helium tanks. Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
