About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ ideas for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange floral products and supplies. The position involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds, standing and moving throughout the day, and using helium tanks and other floral tools. You also engage with customers to understand their needs and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and create arrangements based on their ideas.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
