About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to perform floor care and commercial cleaning. The role includes maintaining floor surfaces, using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment, inspecting floors for damage, and following safety procedures. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

The work environment may occasionally involve moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, electrical-shock risk, and vibration. Noise is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Requirements

• Prior experience in floor care and commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of buffing techniques and carpet-cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and technologies.
• Consistently attend work and arrive on time.
• Follow instructions and management direction, take responsibility for actions, keep commitments, and complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person of an alternate plan.
• Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
