About The Position

Pleasant Lake Villa is seeking a Floor Technician to help maintain clean, welcoming spaces throughout its facility. The role supports resident comfort and safety by cleaning resident rooms, offices, and common areas, following scheduled cleaning routines, using supplies responsibly, and contributing to infection control and safety protocols. Floor Technicians also interact with residents and work as part of a supportive team. Flexible shifts are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN work.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, and move.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Use cleaning supplies safely and responsibly.
• Interact with residents and help brighten their day.
• Support infection control and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
