About The Position
Heritage Hall Rich Creek is seeking an Environmental Aide with floor-tech experience. The Floor Tech - Environmental Aide is responsible for the full process of maintaining clean floors and carpets throughout the facility, including stripping, refinishing, and buffing floors and shampooing carpeted areas. The position also performs a variety of housekeeping functions to help provide a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and employees.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate the stripping/buffing machine.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be willing and able to perform repetitive, routine tasks while maintaining a constant and consistent workflow.
- Ability to work independently.
- Floor-tech experience.
Responsibilities
- Strip, refinish, and buff floors.
- Shampoo carpeted areas.
- Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and employees.
