About The Position

Heritage Hall Blackstone is recruiting an Environmental Aide with floor tech experience. The Floor Tech - Environmental Aide is responsible for the complete process of maintaining floor and carpet cleanliness throughout the facility, including stripping, refinishing, and buffing floors, as well as shampooing carpeted areas. The role also includes a variety of housekeeping functions to provide a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate the stripping/buffing machine.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be willing and able to perform repetitive and routine tasks while maintaining a constant and consistent workflow.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Floor tech experience.
