Table Games Floor Supervisor - Durango
About The Position
The Floor Supervisor works in the Table Games department at Durango and directly supervises assigned table games and team members. The role is responsible for reconciling table accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and managing dealer performance to ensure games are dealt proficiently and guests receive excellent service. The supervisor observes, evaluates, and rates players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policies. As a frontline leader, the Floor Supervisor is expected to support, develop, and inspire team members; enable them to perform; take ownership of the operation or shift; and build caring, trusting relationships. The position calls for leading by example and demonstrating the company’s values of kindness, inclusion, forward thinking, reliability, passion, and self-awareness.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card.
- Knowledge of and ability to supervise various games on the casino floor.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
