About The Position

The Floor Supervisor oversees the operations and conduct of assigned table games and team members, including reconciling table accounts and providing exceptional customer service. The role manages dealer performance to ensure games are dealt with a high degree of proficiency and guests receive excellent service, and observes, evaluates, and rates players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policies. As a frontline supervisor, the role is expected to support, develop, and inspire team members, take ownership of the operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card.
• Knowledge and ability to supervise various games on the casino floor.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
